Is Elite warranty really worth it? I specifically purchased a 08 hoping all the bugs would be cleared out since most of the problems I read about are mostly with the earlier models. I was quoted around 2500 for the elite warranty for 3 years, 36k miles. My 08 M35 is currently at 60k. I understand these cars are fairly reliable and I rather not spend the extra money. I know it's a gamble, but i am willing to risk it.

those of you with an 08, are you experiencing problems after 60k. Any one with nav problems or electrical issues?

Go to Daniella or Courtney (see the FAQ thread). She will beat that price.

As for whether it's worth it? Yes. I've used mine and it's paid for itself.

Ditto. If you have not gotten competing quotes from Courtney and Daniella, you should not purchase. I ended up buying from Daniella (I think I got a good deal, and no inspection was required) and recently had to use the warranty on a leaking fuel rail and a camshaft position sensor. It is a good purchase when you consider how much repairs can cost on a high-performance car like the M. It being an official Infiniti warranty means that any Infiniti dealer can put in your VIN and know you are covered. Having a loaner Infiniti provided is a bonus. I think the warranty is well worth it for the peace of mind alone.

I want peace of mind so I will be contacting Daniella for a warranty quote... I'm at 65.5k on 08 M45 sport and with 3 years to go with finance, I want it to be covered!! Not that I have had any major problems.... :gotme only thing I've had under warranty is one headlight went out and my a/c compressor replaced (which they insist was not needed) that's it.. I service my car like it's recommended but still want to go atleast 100,000 without worries... I too am considering it since I talk to the shop manager at my local dealer and he says they have almost no issues getting work approved with the Infiniti elite extended warranty... :bigthumb: other warranties give them hell he says...kinda like insurance adjusters looking out for there company rather than looking out for you!! With so little problems though, I may end up passing on it..
