eletrical problem

the last time a drove my car the radio cut on and off the radar and the highlights did too.checked all my battery conections and im pretty sure its a main ignition fuse or relay.Because the car will not start and everything flickers on and off when the powers on.Where are these located .The relays mostly i hear the relays are under the fuse box

come on i've searched i know some knows where the main ignition fuse or relay is
