do a search man, there has been alot of talk about these, basicly your better off buying a 10$ hair dryer then you are that thing as its made to push air but not create a pressure (PSI) wich is what turbos do, so its basily useless and a BIG waste of money.. for it to work right you would need a motor that would spin at oh, lets say 100,000 RPM wich no electric motor can do (atleast not for a long period of time)

so in short, dont waste your money

the general concensus is that they are totally worthless. The car doesnt generate enough electricity to make an electric turbo/supercharger effective.

hey now never underestimate the power of 10 deep cell batters linked up together.. LOL shure it would weigh about 1000 pounds but eh, you have an electric turbo so you have all the power in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

I guess the question your buddy has to ask is: Do I want plastic fins flying into my intake charge? I feel confident that the turbo on my WRX will not disintegrate under normal usage. I would question the quality and longevity on something like this. There is not replacement for the real deal. And yes, we can control the boost levels on our turbos with boost controllers.
