I just installed my aerokit yesterday from Element114 and i installed the exhaust last week The guys over at Element really know their stuff and make a very high quality line of products. The exhaust bolted up in less than 45 minutes and the aero kit took about 2 hours to install after i painted it to match. I am 100 percent happy with both products and Roger at Element is a good guy with great customer support. Any one in the market for an aerokit or exhaust should check them out.

What do you guys think?

I would have to guess close to a million or so HP from the exhaust...LOL.

Probably around 10-15 range...i haven't seen a dyno chart from a M35 but i can tell you it makes a noticeable difference while driving. I really like the exhaust a lot and the quality and fit are top notch.

You can buy just the rear kit so that the new exhaust will fit perfectly in there...The factory one looks good with them but it is nicer to have the Element rear piece instead.

Nice setup, very very jealous of your M. I am now thinking about changing out the rear part of my kit to Element and matching it with his exhaust. Will have too see how others feel about their exhaust. I do love their wheels though.

Thanks guys, i appreciate it.

I am starting on the interior...it is still not back together but will be by this weekend. Here is a quick pic of the dash as i was putting it all back together late last night. It looks much better under better lighting.

Nice looking, but i do have to wonder if you have ever hit a chuckhole with those tires? Ouch?

Full shots of hte interior will be most interesting. Remeinds me of Detroit cars in the 50s when the dash was painted on of the exterior two-tone colors.

Is this a cat back exhaust or rear section only? Looks good, did you install it yourself?

What type of wheels do you have on your M? Also do you notice a major difference in the performance of the vehicle since the installation? I have an 07 M45 sport and wanted to keep the same wheel size and weight but put some nice chrome 3 piece wheels on it... not sure exactly which ones I want...

I am running 22x9.5" and 22x9" 3 piece Asanti wheels. To tell the truth, they really don't feel much heavier when i swapped out the factory 19" sport wheels and the performance is better than the stocks. The roads in L.A. suck so maybe you would go with a 20" 3 piece wheel instead so you would have a little more sidewall on the tires. The ride quality is still good but at low speeds you feel the road. I can feel painted lines when i run them over at 10 mph. For me, in a sports car i like to feel the road...gives a real connection between the driver and the road. I don't mind it one bit and i still do 145mph runs down the 15 with no problems. I am happy with them with no regrets.

Also, Asanti which is owned by Lexani is based in Corona, Ca. They make some of the nicest forged wheels on the market and you can probably get a pretty good deal since they are local.

khuongm35The post just above yours (believe it or not) has the size noted in it! They are 22", with a 9.5" width in back and 9" width in front..

props to WCC on the car and the body work. I have to agree with caug1 a little on the body of the 06-07 M's. I've been trying to get use to it, but I can't do it. The car doesn't do it for me. Even with rims and springs I can't see it working for me. I think the 06-07 M is screaming "Get this Maxima outta me" When you see an 06 07 M I think its a G35s coming at me or if I see the g35s I think its an M, but the 03-04 M coming at you is no mistaken, plus the Y34 car has the hard corners and edges like I like it.

It's all subjective, so .............
