I have notice weird electronic moter sound from the rear end. It's like a moter sound it does it at random times I was thinking fuel pump but idk. It has gotten louder. I was wondering if it's the hicas moter or leveling moter I'm lost.

You got a video? Only motor I can think of back there is the fuel pump...do you hear it while the car is on or when you go into ACC mode on the ignition?

Yes and while driving.
You are lucky! It is giving you a nice heads up that it is on its last legs!

The headlight leveler isn't a motor, it's just a sensor/potentiometer that makes the motor at the front move. I'd eliminate that.
Not sure if the RAS motor will make random noises, but, is this happening while the steering wheel is turned? Any lights on the dash?
Without hearing the noise, I'd like to throw the possibility of the differential. I've read that they could whine while on the way out.
For the fuel pump, you don't have to drop the tank. Remove the rear seat bottom (which would be noise insulation here) and if that's the problem, the noise will be amplified while you ride around. The pump is on the right side.
Do the check as suggested, by pushing the button to the ACC mode and listen for the pump noise to compare to what your trouble noise is.
Yes, they could get louder towards the end of life as well.
If you ever get to the point of removal, here's a video from youtube
