It really doesn't matter. This Administration gets a free pass no matter WHAT kind of s*** shenanigans they pull.

It's always one of the following canned excuses:

"desperate times call for desperate measures"
"you're racist"
"it's better than the failed policies of the past eight years"
"these things take time"

There's always SOME reason why it's OK for BO, but it was a treasonous when GWB did it. We can't keep an enemy combatant awake for 12 hours for an interrogation, but we damn sure can root through people's emails. :rolleyes:
