I'm probably going to go with a Greddy 52mm electronic boost gauge to replace my POS autometer gauge that lasted a good 2500 miles. My question is though, what kind of sensor does the greddy unit use? Where does it go? Where does it get its signal? Just trying to figure out what to expect before I open up the box to one of these things.

it uses an electronic sensor kinda like a oil pressure sensor, but with a small 1/8" nipple for a vac. line. then it has 2 wires on it to hook to the back of the gauge. just T it into a charged line, power/ground and your done.
