Electronic boost controller question

Hey guys I have a real quick question about installing an electronic boost controller. I have the hoses going from the wastegates t'd together and then go to the solenoid. Do I run hoses from the nipples on the IC piping on both sides to the solenoid, or leave one of the nipples open?
