Electricity problems 1998 Nissan Sentra

After installing an aftermarket radio, my instrument cluster no longer lights up. Speedometer/Gas/Temp doesn't light up, neither does the illumination behind the A/C and fan dials. And turns out my brake lights and rear lights have gone out as well.

Could I have disconnected something important by mistake? I tried looking for a fuse labeled as "instrument panel/cluster" or anything like that but I didn't find any. I even looked through all the fuses under the dashboard and they're all intact.

Check your fuses. Should be a panel on the lower part of the dash somewhere with them.

I find it unlikely that you disconnected anything by replacing the head unit. It should be plug and play. The added load may have just knocked out a weak fuse.
