Electrical wire colors?

I'm trying to wiretap a transformer to the power source. Basicly I need to know the power cables colors for Positive, Negative, and Ground, specificly the wires in the brake lights. If someone had a schematic of the wire colors that would be awsome. Thanks in advanced!
