electrical troubleshooting!?

Hey I have a 300zx that I just recently got repainted, I reinstalled all the interior and everything was working fine. I was cleaning the car all out and once I went to drive it my rear speakers cut out. Then as I continued to drive my radio cuts off. I have an aftermarket deck with a amp running the rear speakers. Not 100% if it has anything or maybe everything to do with this happening but the fire ajar light and the clock light is flickering very dim constantly when the doors are shut but goes back to normal when the doors are open. On top of that none of the interior lighting besides the gauge cluster is working. Any help would be much appreciated!

I've used a test light on all the fuses under the hood and in the kick paneland all test good. I've replaced the illumination fuse and security and audio fuses to no prevail. My power antenna is stuck up and I'd like to have it down if nothing else but really need this radio and interior lighting deal solved, please help!
