ok i have everything plugged thru my factory harnes into my deck except the power.i have the power wire from my deck with a fuse in between running to my powerline on my clock.is this gonna hurt anything thanks

depending on the draw of your headunit, if you got a good headunit with high level outpults and your running line level fil speakers then you might pop the fuse
