Hello Nico,
I wanted to ask for your opinion(s) regarding my current issues. Earlier, I had a short from a switch that I made in place of the windshield wiper fuse near the driver kick panel. This led to no radio, no rear windershield wiper nor spray, no front wiper, my vent position controls do not work (it blows out of all vents), my side mirror adjustments do not work, and also my head lights do no pop up unless I press the "pop up light button" on the left side. Everything was working until this incident. I was wondering if there was a control box that linked all of these together? I've checked all the fuses and they check out fine. Please let me know what you guys think. Thanks in advance.

Why don't you post what was wrong. For future references.

My apologies. I was in a rush. I was very fortunate enough to have a friends shell to use parts off of. I first changed out the TCU (white box) near the driver kick panel, but it was not the problem. While I was down there, I went ahead and paused to look up some information on wiring diagrams. The following website was what led me to my solution,
http://www.garage411.com/ElectricalComponentsS13
I looked up the relays for the accesorries, both are blue relays located under the hood near the intake filter and the other in the driver kick panel. I changed both with my spares, but I'm pretty sure it was the driver kick panel relay that was burnt out. This solved my vent position toggles, side mirror adjustments, wipers for both front and back, cruise control, and also my radio. Who knows, maybe going through and disconnecting/reconnecting the plugs also helped with my unknown issues... Problems solved and I am very happy.

My next issue is my front wipers are constantly on. So far, I've replaced the green box (wiper amp) under the hood near the wiper motor and also the wiper unit on the steering wheel. My next solution is to mess around with the motor itself. I'll update you guys as soon as I look into it.
