electrical problems

could someone help me out... I have a 93 LE hatch and the there are some problems that I'm trying to fix but I can't figure what the hell it is
The turn signals blink fast but all the bulbs are working.
The driver's side wiper and the rear wiper don't work.
And the driver's window does not go up or down.

Things that i have tried;
checked the timing control unit under driver's kick panel
replaced master power window switch
checked wiper motor


does anyone have any idea on what could be wrong

there is one motor for the the front wipes so somewhere along those lines the linkage must be messed up. Also the turn signal flasher may have been changed to a different one, verify that it is a stock replacement unit and that you are not using LED bulbs for your turn signals.

The drivers window may be the window motor itself and not the switch.
