Electrical Problems
I just installed a HID conversion kit in my 98 QX4, so now the headlights are connected directly to the battery and the headlights work fine. But everything else electrical isn't working. It won't start and everything except the instrument cluster lights and the headlights doesn't work. Please help me figure out how to fix this.

I figured out the problem, the 100 amp fuse for the battery had blown out.

Anything that blows a 100 amp fuse is cause for great concern. Your project is to figure WHY the fuse blew and fix that.

Blowing a 100A fuse is no easy feat, check your wiring

No i know why it happened, its a long, embarrassing story, I won't get into it.
