Electrical problems

I have a 92 240sx that has been having some problems with, the car has no power when in accessories. mode aka no door chime, lights dont work no horn no brake lights, like absolutly nothing works but the car starts.when the car is running at first there is no dash lights on like it was in accessories but when you tap the gas everything come on again ect. tach, gas gauge, horn, and the first thin to come on is the windshield wipers even when they are in the off position. when driving the lights flicker when the brake is tapped and my stereo deck resets itself, also everytime the car is started the clock is reset at 1:00.

i have tried replacing the alternator, checked my ignition switch. But i cant find what it is? Sorry for the crappy description it is hard to describe lol
