electrical problems

alright well one of my security alarm wires was loose and touched another one and shot sparks out now my car wont turn on. went through and checked all the fuses i could find now my lights turn on and they fliped up but now they wont go back down and the dome light works and it makes the beeping noise when the key is left in it but when u turn it to acc none of the lights on the bottom of the cluster comes on and the radio doesnt turn on like it normally should. does anyone have any advice?? could it be a dead battery with the lights still being able to turn on??

unplug the battery for like 30 mins, and fix those wires, recheck both fuse boxes, and the fuse(s) for the alarm, and rehook the batt. and go for it

alright i found the fix it was to dark last night to see it but the funky shape 30A fuse for the ignition was fried replaced it and it runs like a charm the fuse by the battery
