Electrical Problems

Alright heres the deal. I just got this car about a month ago. Havin drivin it a whole lot but atleast 3x a week. anyways today my brother needed to switch out my battery with a newer one in a car he was selling. before the change everything was fine besides my hicas light and brake light. now i get no headlights, window power, and it starts slow like its in a higher gear and doesnt seem like it wants to shift. i checked the battery, switched it back and still nothing. im getting ready to go through the fuses but besides that i got no clue what happened. anyone know what happened or what i should do/ look for?

Sounds like your main fuse is blown. Check the ones under the hood (I'm not too familiar with the Infiniti electrical system).
