electrical problems

My digital speedo, hud, radio, and intermittent wipers dont work. I can see there is some power to the hud b/c when its dark I can see the faint outline of the hud display and the blinking alarm light on the radio is blinking but neither actually work. And for a while I couldnt get my dome lights and reading lights to work either. It seemed like there was a break in the electrical circuit somewhere, for awhile it got to the point to where after I turned the car off, removed the ignition key, and opened the door the automatic seatbelt and in car clock under the tach would stop/not work until I turned the ignition to the on position. Ive checked the fuses inside the car and I'll check again. Any ideas? maybe the fuses under the hood?Thanks.

Check all of your fuses with a test light or a multi-meter. Sometimes stuff is tied into a funny circuit. Then if it is not that, make sure that the fuses are getting power(all the ones that should be). And if it's not that, you're going to have a fairly nasty electrical problem on your hands that you will have to get the wiring diagrams out and trace it back.
