Electrical Problems Radio, sunroof, clock and wipers shortin

Hello I have a 99 I30. Im having a problem with the radio, sunroof, clock and wipers shorting out when i turn the engine over. The things work fine when i have the engine off and the key in the on position. Anyone know what could be causing this?
