electrical problems, please helps

i bought my 93 240sx about a month ago. i have been haveing some electrical problems lately.1. my turn signals wont work. when i use them, both sides flash like the hazards and my dash lights and brake lights flash with them. when my headlights are turned on, they dont work at all and when i try to use them, i can hear the relay click on then off and then nothing happens.2. my headlights wont flip down, i can turn them down with the manual knob, and they will pop back up, but will not go down.

please help me out, i do not have a lot of spare time to play around with it too much.
