Electrical Problems A/C and Dash Lights

Well to add to the rather long list of problems with my car, I now have a few that I've been trying to figure out all along. For some reason I can't get my blower fan to work. It doesn't turn on at all. Ive tried three (3) different heat controllers. Nothing seems to work. I know the fan works, it was among the first possibilities to be eliminated. I hooked it up directly to 12V and it ran like a champ. I'm pretty darn lost as of now, any suggestions would be appreciated. Now onto the second problem, no dash lights. For some reason I get no illumination, I checked a few of the bulbs and they looked good so I figured they would all be fine, Because I don't think the whole illumation grid would go down because of a blown illumination light. I could be wrong, please correct me if I am. Again any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Check all your fuses....even the ones that don't sound like they are related in any way whatsoever.

Trust me, Im positive its not the fuses. I've also replaced the TCU.
