electrical problem with my '89 coupe

Here my problem, i dont get any power when i turn my iginition, none of the light on the cluster comes on.........windows doesnt roll down.......nuttin........and when i start it........sometime it lights up if not i would have to high rev the car then it turns on...........i need this fix asap because it wouldnt pass smog because the engine light is not lite

help me plzz.......

You might want to check out the alt fuse box under the hood, mine was like that too, ive seen people just use a jumper wire and eliminate the fuse but i would prolly rather just have to fuse there for protection. check it out, let me know if that was it?

already checked that........all the fuses are still god....is there a certain one i need to check out, thanks.
