electrical problem

So I got my s14 sr20det notchtop runin and went to take it out for a spin and things were gonig good until the ecu started buzzing and the car would not start back so I towed it home and started lookin at some things and found that a fuse had blowen some 7.5a under the hood but theres no writing on the fuse cover so I replaced that and the ecu stopped buzzing but the car still wont start it turns over and wants to start but it just wont does any one have any ideas or has anyone else had this problem thanks for the help in advance.
