Electrical Problem

ok, So today i went out to buy my new batt for my s14. As i am gunna put it in, work calls and askes me if i wanna come in early, so im like ok. So i have my little bro put it in and i took his 240 2 work.

when i get home my bro tell me he messed up and switched the batt cables, he put positive to negative and negative to positive he say he started the car and all he heard was the starter spinning, so i go out there and switch them.

So now the motor runs FINE , but no power, nothing, no brake lights, no head lights, no turn sig, no radio, no power windows, no light on the gauge clu. GRRRR.

i check all the fuses, i dont know what the hell to do lmk thanks

try checking your alternator fuse...if not unplug your alternator all of it and turn on your car see if your headlights work.
