95 S14ok my car died on the highway doing 70mph right so im like WTF eh?

i got towed back homelights work and hazards everything else didn't

i checked the battery the alternator not that ( im just saying so no one will ask me to check it again)

fuses under the hood were fine. driver side left side didn't work and right side the first five worked and the rest didn't so i got a piece of wire and direct power form the ignition to the relays and the in dash lighted up but car didnt start or turn overgo some new relays did nothing so what should i do? \

alsoI checked the fuseable links and are fine.. I checked the wires out of the PCM going in and going out of the fues box (under the hood). Battery tested 12.8 volts. Alt is getting power. On the inside driver side kick panel there is another fuse box and 4 relays. There are 2 sides to the fuse box the left ahd side there is no power what so ever, on the right side the first 4 don't light up and the rest do. I took out the 4 relays and I am getting power to them. 2 of the relays have to do with the ignition I ran a wire from the Ignition relay (power) to the ignition control fuse (has no power) and was able to light up his dash and raised his windows oh also replaced the ignition relays and still did not help So all in all it's not the battery and it's not the alternator. It's some where inside the car in that kick panel

check the part of your wiring harness that lays across the fan shroud for cut or sliced wires from the fan hitting it. this is most likely your problem.
