electrical problem

Yesterday I was driving my car and I noticed the lights getting real dim and then the car just started to sputter and died. I charged my battery today and tried turning over the car and noticed that the radio wouldn't work and the car wont start. I checked the radio fuse and its blown. As for the car not starting, I checked the spark plugs and they are getting no spark. There is power coming out of the ignitor chip. Is there any fuses I should check or so on? Any help would be much appreciated.
