electrical problem

i just replaced my head and my intack and it fired right up like a chemp but my dash cluster comes on and off when it wants. when the car is off no lights will work but when on every works. what cought my attention is the fackt that when i turn the car on and off the clock on the dash will restart. plead some one help!!!!!!

It sounds like you have a short some where in the wiring. Where it could be is the hard part. You could start in the area's around where you did the last bit of work when the problem started. Trace the wires and try to find a short or where a wire is being grounded out.
