i bought my 240sx a couple of months ago and i noticed that the headlights dont fold. ive checked websites suggesting different methods but none of them seemed to work. so one day i stripped out the little plastic cover under the steering wheel and found out that the folding swith isn't even connected to anything! the wires are all fcuked up and stripped and spliced and everything! so i was wondering if there is any way i can fix this or if it is possible to have that little sleepy eye controller they sell on ebay and hook that up as an aternate switch for the headlights! any advice would help thanks!!

Go to a junkyard and pull that particular bundle from a 240 with an intact one. Once you have the connector(s) simply solder or splice the corresponding wires into each other and voila.

thing is, i cant even tell what kind of wires im supposed to splice/solder it into becuase the previous owner hired some jack *** to do a half *** alarm installation and a lot of the wires have been cut and i don't know what it leads into, so that pretty much where im at now.
