Electrical Problem

As you might or might not know, my 180 has a few electrical problems. Through searching and checking and double checking I've realized that; The headlight harness has been cut out and relays and fuses are missing from the right fuse box in the engine bay.

Now I have lost the cover to that fuse box probbably when it was being towed to my house. The S14 SR FSM does not list the fuse box from what I can see, and to my knowledge, S14's do not have the same fuse box layout.

I put the fuse for the headlight retraction motor, now, the one motor that is connected is getting power, but it will not go up or down. The motor just clicks and runs hot so I took the fuse back out in case something goes horribly wrong.

Can someone post up a pic of the fuse box cover so I can see exactly which fuses I am missing and replace them accordingly to see if these electronics work?I have checked all the fuses that remain and they are all fine. Also, the wires for the other harnesses do not appear to be melted/worn/chewed through.
