electrical problem

i just got this 90 240sx hatch this week and it runs like a champpassed emissions but failed visual cuz MIL light didnt come up when key turned to accessoriesalso i did maintenance flushed radiator ngk plugs n wires and royal purple syntetic racing oil changed fluids and ive been having a problem yesterday where car has trouble starting up. I have to move around the relay fuse box located bottom right under the hood every time to start the car.

Can any1 help me plz?and any idea how to fix the MIL light?

try just replacing the bulb for the mil

you must have a loose connection at the relay box.
