Had a troubled few days after the power window/lock/seat circuit failed. Of course the seat and steering wheel were at the exit position, so my wife was pretty aggravated doing the bus driver thing. The power window fuse had blown and popped immediately when replaced. Nothing obvious was wrong so I made an appointment with an electrical shop. They skillfully traced it down to a stuck relay that's actually located behind the TCU! Swapped it out and we were good to go. I'd never have found that one myself!

They jumped the blown fuse with a hand switch on a long cord, then used some kind of short detector gauge that sensed the shorted wire location at the likely spots on the car while pulsing the power with the hand switch. Pretty magical!
