Electrical problem on my s14

Hey guys I'm trying to get ideas here, i'm getting burnt out.My car is giving me problems, sometimes when I go to start it, I won't have any accesories as far as wipers blinkers windows radio ac gauges tail lights, But I have headlights! The backlight on the clock in the cluster comes on but no numbers, The ac lights come on but no ac. other than that I have nothing, sometimes it works and if it does it won't stop working but If it's not and I drive it a while it'll turn on most of the time but, IT's no good and i've replaced the main accesory relay, ignition switch and that hasn't done anything yet. It stopped for several months are there anymore relay's down the line accesory related? any help or pointers would be great. thanks guys!-Chris

That's a tough one. Since there was a swap involved, there may have been further wiring changes up in the engine bay that will further complicate this electrical gremlin.

The AC not working, is the compressor even getting signal to trigger?

I'm not really following what you're saying in the other case(?) Is it a fairly constant set of stuff that does not turn on when the electricals are set to "on" at the key? Or are there other sets of stuff that's on and off when the key is in different positions?

ac is not that technical, it's simply all my accessories at the same time, same stuff everytime, all accesories when it's not working it wont come on at the on position. if i wait a little bit and turn the key to on the clock will turn off in the cluster, And then take the key out and most of the time it will slowly come back on. then off when I try to turn the car on. this is only when it's doing the problem. When it works, It's 100%and I'm not sure that it has anything to do with the engine harness as far as the SR in concerned phase2 did it forever ago and it worked fine for a while. I talked to them about it and we can't fig it out.
