Electrical Problem on 93 240 coupe

I just hooked up my cd player and made sure everything was grounded properly and no loose wires or connections. Now when I turn off my car my automatic seatbelts will not move until I turn the key 3/4 turn to get power from the battery. Also the clock resets itself everytime I turn on the car, and when I open my door when the car is on the digital dash clock shuts off and when I close my door it is reset again. I just need pointed in the right direction please. I am no good with electrical work. I searched but the problems are so plentiful its hard to read them all for my specific problem. Thanks
