About a month ago or so, I noticed that my headlights wouldn't go down as soon as I turned the lights off. Sometimes it would take a couple seconds. Sometimes it would take a couple hours. Sometimes, they just wouldn't go down unless I hit the button on the dash twice.

About that same time, my brake lights started acting funny. When my lights are off and I hit the brakes, one brake light comes on fine, but the other only comes on as much as if I had turned the lights on. But, if my lights are on, that one just cuts off when I hit the brakes. I've changed the bulbs, but it didn't fix the problem.

Also, and I have no idea if this is related, but I just noticed last night that my dome light doesn't work. My wife said she noticed it a long time ago, so I don't know when it actually stopped working. I haven't had a chance to change the bulb yet. I'm about to put on some new brake pads, so when I go pick those up, I'll buy a new bulb and give it a shot.

Has anybody else had this problem or know what it might be?

You are going to have to get a wiring diagram and start tracing wires. Unless someone knows exact fixes for these problems. Do you have a manual, test light, and an ohm meter? Start by checking all of your fuses and the normal diagnostic stuff.
