Electrical problem, help

ok , my dash lights and my tail lights are out. Ok my brake lights are working, its just the tail lights themself. And my whole dash board doesnt light up .

ive checked all the fuses, i checked any bulbs that it could be.the only thing i can think of is a short somewhere. need help
