electrical problem. clock background stays on. Help

electrical problem. clock background stays on. Help
recently swapped in my battery in my 240sx 91 and now my alarm doesnt seem to work (cant arm it) and when I turn the car off my clock in the gauges stays lit and my radio on stand by on. how could i be able to fix this problem thank you!!!

oh when you install aftermarket radio be sure your connections go with the wire they suppose to go with.
i re taped and adjusted all wires and problem went away.
