electrical problem. clock background stays on. Help

how are you guys

I have this little problem with my 1991 240sx. i disconnected the battery to use it on a another car, then re-connected it back into the 240sx my alarm didnt go off like normal, and my clock background stays lit as my radio seems to be on stand by , what could be the problem??

if i leave it like that Im scared my battery will drain and alarm just doesn't work anymore, any ideas guys thank you very much.

I wouldnt worry about it draining your battery too much. Check your wiring and fuses.
