Electrical problem after intake mani reinstall..

I just finished bolting the entire intake manifold back up to my 93 hatch, i went to start it up and it runs great, except every other minute or so, the radio go black, the tach and temp gauge stop working, the brake light comes on and pretty much everything else eletronic stops...the engine keeps running though, i took it for a test drive and it drives great, its electronics just stop working...im positive i hooked everything back up, with the exception of the secondary butterflys...which i removed and plugged the appropriate vac lines...what could this be? bad ground? i think i may have relocated a ground...would that have done it?

why don't you use a multimeter to check?

also, there was a new sound when i was driving, it was a kind of buzzing in the middle of the dash...relay or just something loose?

Heres a update,took it on a longer test drive, discovered that whenever i hit the brake or use my trn signals i can hear a relay click and my radio,gauges and lights turn off then come back on, tach also is bouncing now....also overheated, radiator is full so is overflow....what the heck is goign on?!
