Electrical Power Problem

i had just recently bought my 92 fastback ka24de.

i noticed everytime i would turn on my car all my lights interior and exterior would blink steadily for about a minute this is including my aftermarket radio. yesterday i installed my amp and subs and when i turned on the car while everything is blinking my subs follow the pattern and beats to blinking as well.



has anyone had any experience with this? what do you guys think it might be?

I'm going to guess there's some sort of car alarm component in there. If it's not that, pull the connector out of the back of the stereo and start the car, it's easy to splice the wrong wires together when mating a harness and weird stuff like that happens.
