I have a 2007 Altima. My electric door locks, windows, flashers, turn signals, etc. are not working. However, my headlights, break lights, radio, ignition, dash lights, etc., are working. I want to know if this is a fuse or relay problem. Is there a main accessory power fuse? Could it be a problem with the positive battery fuse connector/cable holder link?

Yup, I would guess fuse. You COULD try to look through the FSM to find which one:
www.nicoclub.com/FSM
Or you could just pull the panels and look for ones that might be labeled as interior lights, "accessories", etc.

Thanks for your reply: Unfortunately, I have looked at all the fuses under the hood and in the fuse box in the cabin on the driver's side and cannot find any blown fuses. That's why I think it might be something else.

There may be a fusible link located at the positive battery terminal that is open?

Was your battery recently replaced?

Use a voltmeter to start tracing. You may also have a loose connecter somewhere

As others have mentioned follow the electrical schematic in the FSM.

It may also be a loose or missing ground

Good luck

I have a 2010 altima 2.5s, and I have a big problem with it, one day on my way home from work all of a sudden all my dash lights came on and the spedometer and tach both went dead and the car lost all power and after a few seconds or minutes the car would start itself back up. This would only happen a few times and the other times it's ok but it's very frustrating because I don't want to be stranded. Any help would be appreciated thank you

Check online to see if there's a TSB related to the problem you described. Worse case scenario take your car to the dealership or call the service department to see if they've dealt with this problem before.
