Over a 24 hour period, had the following occur to my 2005 G35 coupe. The remote key entry would not work at all. Then it started to work but would not arm the alarm. The alarm activated on its own in the middle of the night with a successful shut off using the remote panic key. The next morning the driver door light on the instrument panel would not shut off with the door closed. The car was accelerating unusually as if it was getting little shots of fuel to the engine. It all seems electrically related. The problem seems to have cleared itself but who knows if it will occur again....any clue what this might be?????????? Currently has about 24,000 miles

If you've never replaced the battery, perhaps it is time.I had a similar problem where the remote became sluggish & had to press 3 or 4 times to lock & unlock doors. Replaced the battery, end of problem.

You're describing many different problems...I'd take it to the dealer...you're remote should not need new batts already either.

maybe Telco is talking about the car batt? because a remote battery wont cause random acceleration ...

But yea, bring it to the dealers and they will figure out your problem
