hey all...i'm having a couple problems with my ka-t, so hopefully someone can help...when i start the car i notice that my a/f is 14ish but as it sits and idles it slowly rises, to 15, 16, and so on if i let it, but if i turn the position lights on it drops down to 15ish, and stays stable, if i turn the headlights on then it goes back down to the 14's...it's only at idle and i've tried to dump more fuel on my afc for low throttle but it only works when the lights are on. when the cars moving the a/fs are fine adn where they should be even under boost they're good not perfect but good...

second problem im having is everytime i have to stop hard to too quickly the car dies...i also noticed this one time on the freeway i was doing about 80 in 5th and there was a cop on the shoulder so i pushed the clutch in just so he wouldn't hear me as i drove by and when i did, it died out...everytime its died i've been able to restart right away but just wondering whats going on?

please some guidance

AFR at idle going up and down is not that bad of thing at all, as for your car dying out when you press the clutch, or break too fast. You should start checking for vacuum leaks.
