hello everyone, sorry its been a while,

in my 91 TT ive been chasing the bulb check relay as my fuse panel would buzz intermittently and the lights on my dash would come on and off. im still continuing to search for the relay as i have the fuse panel out and do not see it on the back side. now a new symptom as come about. when rolling the car out of the driveway while running my speedo shoots to 60mph. this remains constant from 1mph up to 60. not sure if this is also a cause of the bulb check or if i might have an issue with the speedo gear in the trans. looking to see if anyone has had this similar issue and what it took to solve.
