Electrical Issues. Any Ideas?

Ok here is all of the electrical stuff that is wonky in my car:-Gauge cluster lights no workie -HVAC lights don't light up until car is warm-Intermittent wiper setting does not work

Everything else works. All fuses are good. Any thoughts?

Check the grounds for those systems.

how much more of a description do you want? you gotta pull the cluster out, check the wiring. open grounds are a pain in the ***.

also, you have to look for loose connections, corroded connections, frayed wires ect ect...
