Electrical Issues, 89 240sx

Sup guys.. it's a fresh new SOHC KA w/ new 5-spd, just did the install last night and finished up this morning. I started the car up, it fired up with zero hesitation (Boy do I love Nissans), and idled around 1,100. No big deal, that's not the problem.

So this morning I was adding coolant to the engine and bouncing back'n'forth between adding more coolant and checking the gauge for temp. readings. Everything seemed fine. The temp. gauge reached normal operating temp., and then a few minutes later, gauge cluster cut out. No tach, speedo, temp or fuel. Nothing. Headlights don't work either, nor do turn signals, brake lights, headlights, dome light or heater controls. WTF?

I'm at my wits end, checked ALL the fuses under the dash (driver's side kick panel), and all the fuses on the pass. side box in the engine compartment. Nothing was blown but the cig. lighter, which I replaced, and same issue. What's up guys?
