Electrical issue with my inside lights

hey again everyone,I had a problem with all my lights (headlights taillights, ect) I also had a problem with my instrument lights not coming on with my parking and headlights. I thought I fixed it when I replaced the relay for the lights, which did fix everything else.....is there a fuse i am missing? I checked every fuse and nothing is blown. I don't understand what would cause it. any help?

I think that has to do with the light switch itself. I've heard they can go bad and cause the symptoms you're talking about.

can you tell me where is that relay located, price of it and is it hard to replace it.
