Electrical Issue

I just bought the car and I'm trying to work through this electrical issue but I'm beginning to get a little frustrated.

When the car is turned off, there is a 4.94a current draw!!! Holy stuff! I'm under the impression that that most I should see out of a car is 40ma for the ecu and the battery. So now I have to account for an extra 4.93 amps. Last night I pulled every fuse I could find (that included the ones by the battery and the ones under the driver console. Am I missing any?) I didn't pull any relays should I? I'm beginning to think at this point that it could be some type of short to ground but I don't even know where to start. Anybody have any ideas?
