Hey guys, I'm 18 years old and last year I got a project car, a 1990 300zx. This being my first car I wanna treat it right and fix it up, because there are a lot of issues (this was someone else's project car too), but I am willing to put in some work. I came to the forums because I'm having a specific problem and I can't find someone having similar issues anywhere.

Anyways, here's the problem: my climate control pod has no power running to it. The windshield wipers are fine, it is the ac and de-fog. I have an automatic climate control pod and when I start the car nothing works, no lights no nothing. The fuses have been changed, but I still think they don't have any power running through them. This is a must for my car because of how hot the summers can get, and how fast it gets cold in Canada.

If someone could maybe list what they would do, just some general advice if there isn't a straightforward solution, I would appreciate that a lot. (Please don't hold anything back, I appreciate the honesty). I'm willing to answer any question to the best of my knowledge.
Thanks :)

Start with the electrical diagrams and troubleshooting section in the FSM (see link in my sig). Its likely that the pod itself is bad or there is one bad connection somewhere but you wont know without tracing the power and grounds first.

I have a early 1990 300zx twin turbo with the manual climate control. I believe the A/C control amp is bad. Does anyone know where to fine a replacement or is there a fix for the current control amp?
