Electrical help. No lights

What we have done with this car was, swap in a DOHC ka into an 89 automatic, and also swap it to 5 speed. the engine start. but none of the lights work. the radio has been riped off...so I'm thinking maybe something was also riped off. the only lights that work in the entire car is the head light which won't even pop-up.I'm going to double check all my fuses ( check last night and all of them are fine and have viltage when the key is turn to on) and relays today. but all input welcome. after work on all that for 3 days..I'm bumbed. C
